Whilst we still grapple with the identity of Banksy, Jack the Ripper and D.B. Cooper, another
mysterious figure is set to keep heads scratching across internet threads. Meet Abel Wander or don't meet him as the case maybe.
Wander has claimed to be Founder and CEO of the SPAARK project as attributed by a single quote on their website. It's likely his/her real name is nothing more than a red herring, given by the fact this elusive figure appears to have zero online footprint for a project of this magnitude.
The use of a pseudonym does raise the question of what this person is trying to hide? Tongues are beginning to wag and the rumour mill is in full force. Are they a well-know figure? A former NASA employee gone rouge? Or nothing more than a charlatan aware that the hoax will be exposed if their identity is revealed? Despite the glaring lack of information names have constantly been thrown around including Mark Zuckerberg, Jack Ma, Tom DeLonge and even more far-fetched Steve Jobs.
There's hope that the SPAARK Mission Whitepaper due to be published in 2024 will finally reveal the identity of Abel Wander, but until then it seems we'll have to continue to live in the vacuum of conspiracy.
